Dr. Babajide Enitan (FCA, FCTI) is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He holds a Master degree in Business Administration. He is a fellow member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). A skillful professional with adequate experience, confident enough to proffer Innovative solution to any challenge within the professional code of conduct for mutual growth and benefit.
Dr. Enitan has participated in recent Accelerated Revenue Generation Programme for Lagos State Revenue and has been involved in the Withholding Taxes, PAYE monitoring for Lagos State Government. He is a professional Consultant of proven both Local and International consultancy services in commerce and Industry.
He has varied experiences in Banking, Public Sector Accounting, Audit and Tax Practice spanning almost three decades. He is the current Managing Partner and Chief Executive of the firm.
He is also a Consultant to Federal Government (Federal Inland Revenue Services) in the area of:- Audit of Bank Receipt & Remittances.

He started his banking career with union bank of Nigeria in 1981 and rose to the position of Manager Assistant (Training) before joining Trans International Bank Plc, in 1992 as Assistant Manager Training.
He joined Magna Building Society Limited as the pioneer Ibadan branch manager in 1994 and left in 1995 to join Suburban Trust Savings and Loans Ltd as Assistant General Manager and left in 1998 to join MCBAY Technology and Resources management group as the group managing director. He was the Head of training and manpower development department of Global Bank Plc until March 2003.
Bayo Adetifa became an associate of the chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria in 1989, and Associate of the Nigerian institute of Management in 1990 and became a chartered Accountant in 1993, having qualified as a chartered Accountant in the same year. He became an Associate of the institute of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 1998 and qualified as a Chartered Stockbroker in 2003. An Alumni of the Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye with first degree in Banking and finance and MBA on Technology Management in banking.
He was a lecture at the College of Technology, Esa Oke, Ibadan Centre, where he taught investment analysis and financial management. He has taught many professional banking and accountancy student on corporate finance and international finance. He is presently the chief examiner of International finance for the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Bayo Adeifa is a trainee of high repute, a trainer of bankers and Accountant who has produced many training materials and audiovisual materials. He is an author of many books, such as Corporate and business finance in Nigeria and international finance in Nigeria.
Mr. Akhimien qualified as a certified Accountant (ACCA – UK) in Scotland in 1970. He returned to Nigeria and rejoined the Federal Ministry of Finance, where he started his working career, and left in 1977 to join Peak Mar wick Casseleton Elliot and Co, now PKMG and Co, for his professional training. He established Peek Akhimien and Co., a firm of chartered Accountants, in 1981 and has since been in practice. He is a fellow of both the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant, UK, the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as that of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Mr. Bowale holds a B.Sc degree in economics of the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University in 1983. He is an associate of the institute Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and that of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He holds a Diploma in Data processing (DPSS Ltd, an affiliate of the National Computer center, UK.
He joined Cooppers & Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) Lagos, in 1984, first as a trainee Accountant before rising to the position of Audit supervisor. He joined Luncheon vouchers of Nigeria Plc for prudential Funds Management Ltd to take up the job of a senior Manager, credit and operations in June 1993.He rose to the position of the Assistant General Manager before he left to start his own firm.
Mr. Bowale has participated in recent Accelerated revenue Generation Programme for Lagos State and has been involved in the withholding taxes for oil industry, monitoring for the Federal Government in the recent times. He is an examiner of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Lagos state Sports Council, Cycling association (1994-1996).he is a Director of many other companies.
He is Associate member of the institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and also an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation .He holds the Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University. He has varied experience in Banking, Public Sector Accounting, Audit and Tax practice spanning almost 2 decades.
MR LEKAN ABOLOMOPE is currently our Senior Manager in charge of cooperate services.
He is the Audit manager and is actively involved in our various audit and consultancy assignments. He commenced his professional training with Akintola Williams Deloitte Chartered Accountants, one of the leading accounting firms in Africa. He holds a Master and Bachelors degree in Accounting from Ambrose Ali University. He has been engaged in Tax practices for a reasonable number of years. He’s in charge of the Audit and Taxation services of our Clients’ Oil and Gas Companies, Telecommunication, Manufacturing and Financial Institution.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Lagos State University and ICAN-AAT-Certificate. He commenced his professional training with the accounting firm of Sam & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and Sens Consultancy Services and system Management. He is presently a Student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
He handles accounting and audit assignments covering Manufacturing sector, Educational and Financial Institutions as well as actively participating consulting services.
He is Chartered Accountant and an associate member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).He also holds a Diploma in Computer Studies, and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroker (CIS). He has an excellent career experience in accounting, financial and internal control compliance spanning Engineering /Construction, Manufacturing, Trading, and Import sectors of the Nigeria economy.

He studied Accounting at the federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State and has been engaged in accounting , financial and internal controls of Eateries, printing /packaging and Transportation sectors within the last ten years .He is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He handles Audit and corporation Taxes of our Clients on manufacturing.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Diploma in Desktop Publishing. She has good experience in secretariat Administration garnered over the years.
She currently handles all the firm’s secretarial and administrative functions.
